To improve the energy efficiency of the building the team upgraded the boilers to efficient condensing boilers, with independent flues so they can be run independently.
The existing lighting has been upgraded to LED in most areas throughout the building. PIRs have been installed in many areas to reduce the energy consumption and increase the lux levels to current standards.
The windows within studio 1 and 2 have been replaced to improve the energy efficiency of each area.
